Reliving the cowboy days

In the old west, being the quickest gunslinger meant you could ride off into the Sunset. But in Rexburg, Idaho, being quick and accurate means you go home with bragging rights.
"Rexburg is one of a kind," says Heidi Lovell. "I have yet to shoot anywhere else in the west that has a range like this."

It is indeed an ideal spot for cowboy action shooting -- a true old west experience.
"Where else do you get to dress up like cowboys, run around with guns and play out the imagination that you had when you were a kid?" says Lovell.
The timed course consists of a number of targets that must be shot down as quickly as possible. People from all over -- even Hawaii -- have come to Rexburg to test the range and take part in cowboy action shooting.
