AP Wire - Washington

Everett-based aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln is scheduled to leave the city in 2013 for maintenance and likely will be replaced by another ship.
The Herald of Everett reports that refueling of the Lincoln's nuclear reactors is expected to take three years at a shipyard in Norfolk, Va.
U.S. Rep. Norm Dicks, D-Belfair, says the San Diego-based USS Nimitz will come to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton in December 2010 and will move to Everett in place of the Lincoln.
It's unclear when, if ever, the Lincoln will return to Everett. The carrier has had a relationship with the city since 1997.
