A Klamath Falls man will be sentenced July 31 after pleading no contest to assault and criminal mischief charges linked to the broken leg of his infant son.
Court records say 22-year-old Blake Juttner twisted his son's arms and legs in January of 2008.
The case came to light when the boy, about three months old, was taken to Sky Lakes Medical Center.
Juttner told hospital staff that the boy was injured in a fall. The boy, who showed evidence of previous injuries, was taken into state custody.
