A Klamath Falls man serving a dozen years in prison for sexually abusing a girl has been sentenced to another nine years behind bars in a case involving a different child.
A Klamath County jury last month convicted 32-year-old Kenneth Brown of sexually abusing a friend of the first victim.
The sentence handed down by Judge Richard Rambo on Wednesday will run consecutively with the earlier sentence, so Brown will spend a total of 21 years in prison.
Brown objected to the consecutive sentences, telling the judge he'd like to see some of the world before he grows old and dies. Rambo, however, said it's important for Brown to serve time for crimes committed against each of the victims.
