Recipes & Quick Tips |

The owner of a couple of popular Spokane hamburger restaurants, David L. Lish, has died after an all-terrain vehicle accident in his driveway.
Lish, the owner of D Lish's Hamburgers, died last week of head injuries.
His wife, Anne Marie Lish, who helped him start the business 10 years ago, says it will remain in operation and nothing will change.
Lish opened his hamburger shop featuring all fresh ingredients after 10 years of maintenance work at Fairchild Air Force Base, where he was director of housekeeping. His wife says he retired last spring so they could spend more time fishing, boating, camping and spending time with his grandchildren.
