A 1-year-old boy died from an accidental drowning in his Eastern Oregon home.
The Morrow County sheriff's office says it got a 9-1-1 call Tuesday night from the home of Steven and Sarah Monahan-Rollis, reporting the possible drowning of their son.
An ambulance took Timathy Hunter Monahan-Rollis to Pioneer Memorial Hospital, where efforts to save his life failed.
The Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office performed an autopsy Wednesday and determined accidental drowning to be the cause of death.
The sheriff's office has yet to say how the drowning occurred.
The Morrow County District Attorney's office is reviewing the results of the investigation.
