The Oregon State Police says a Eugene woman died and three other people were injured in a head-on crash near Blachly.
Sgt. Ted Phillips says a Kia Spectra driven by 47-year-old Cheryl MacNeil collided with a Toyota pickup driven by 21-year-old Ricky Gunderson of Eugene on Highway 36 near milepost 30.
MacNeil died on the way to Sacred Heart Medical Center late Saturday and a passenger in her car had injuries not considered life threatening.
Gunderson and his passenger were taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Phillips says Gunderson was driving with a suspended license, and his vehicle crossed the center line into the path of the Kia.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
