The lawyer for Frank's Landing smokeshop in Thurston County says the owners have made a plea bargain with federal prosecutors.
The lawyer, Steven Ungar, says the agreement will be submitted this week in federal court in Tacoma.
The owners were accused of selling untaxed cigarettes, after a raid in May of last year called "Operation Chainsmoker." The federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives seized nearly 11 million cigarettes and more than $1.3 million in cash.
The Tacoma News Tribune reports the shop now operates under a state agreement.
