Horizon Air says it will cancel its three direct daily flights from Pendleton to Portland this fall and route passengers through Seattle or Walla Walla.
Horizon also plans to reduce shuttle flights between Portland and Seattle by late October and to use larger planes on some routes to cut costs.
Previously, Horizon had said it would end service to Klamath Falls and North Bend/Coos Bay on Oct. 11.
Horizon lost $18.1 million in the first quarter this year, compared to $11.2 million in the first quarter of 2007.
The changes are pending government approval.
