Police officers trying to figure out who was firing shots around a Keizer apartment complex used a stun gun on a man who didn't follow their orders, and a police dog bit him.
But the man, who was treated at a hospital, apparently wasn't their shooting suspect. The police say that person remains at large.
The shots were fired Wednesday night. Officers say they went to the apartment complex and heard more shots.
During a search, they came on the man who was stunned.
Two apartments were damaged, but officers say they found no shooting victims.
