The Oregon State Police says the final three suspects in a wire-theft investigation have been taken into custody.
The nearly two-month investigation followed complaints from the state Department of Transportation of numerous wire thefts along Interstate 84, Interstate 205, and Interstate 5.
Investigators say the wires had been severed and presumably sold for money.
It reportedly cost ODOT at least $500,000 to replace stolen wires and damaged electrical systems.
Police on Monday announced the arrests of 27-year-old Nicholas Prazeau of Fairview, 28-year-old Meredith Meacham of Portland and 30-year-old Christopher Miller of Portland.
Two other suspects were arrested in late February.
