Plans withdrawn for biofuel plant at Colfax

The Losonoco biofuels company of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has decided not to build a plant at Colfax that would have used canola.
The company says canola can't compete as a crop right now with the current high price of wheat.
The port of Whitman County says the plant could have brought 25 jobs to the region.
