A Klamath Falls man is in jail being held on $100,000 bail following an incident that began in the Klamath County District Attorney's office.
Authorities say the disturbance Wednesday was caused by 43-year-old Eric Farmer. He was apparently upset that charges were never filed against a man with whom he had previously had a dispute.
Farmer was escorted out of Ed Caleb's office by security without incident. But a short time later the sheriff's office received a telephone call from a member of Farmer's family.
The family member told police Farmer said that he was going kill Caleb and Klamath County Sheriff Tim Evinger.
Authorities then arrested Farmer, charging him with disorderly conduct.
