Jive Software of Portland said Thursday it has received $15 million in funding from the Silicon Valley venture capital firm Sequoia Capital.
Jive moved to Portland in 2002 and has about 60 employees.
The company said it nearly doubled its sales in the second quarter of 2007 with its latest collaboration software, which is designed to improve a company's productivity.
The company said it will be scaling up operations, development and setting up international offices as a result of the investment.
