Clackamas County authorities Tuesday suspended the search for a man who has been missing in the Mount Hood National Forest.
Albert Zverev, 30, of Oregon City was last seen on the banks of the Clackamas River at about 8:30 p.m. Saturday. Searchers have checked an area 1 mile upstream from where Zverev was last seen and roughly 8 miles downstream, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office said heavy rains and dangerous water conditions hampered the search effort.
