Presidential hopeful Ralph Nader.
The 74-year-old Nader filed a lawsuit in 2004, accusing Democratic officials in Oregon of deliberately blocking him from the ballot. The Oregon Supreme Court later decided the case in favor of Secretary of State Bill Bradbury, saying he was upholding the state's elections rules.
Nader says he is running for president because none of the remaining candidates talking enough about issues like corporate abuses, withdrawal from Iraq within six months or a single-payer health care system.
He says his campaign is "on its way" to raising $1 million, and that he hoped to raise $10 million by November.
