David Krough

David Krough has written, produced and edited for KGW.com since 2006.
David is originally from Minnesota and he's worn nearly every hat in journalism and broadcasting since the early 1990s, working as a columnist, magazine art director, radio DJ and promoter.
He started in Portland news media in 1998 at another Portland award-winning news site and went on to write, produce and shoot for television, before returning full-time to the web.
He also remodels old Portland homes and plays music around town with The Old States and 60s psych garage band Mr. Howl.
Since 2006, KGW.com has won the AP Award for Best TV Web Site in Oregon every year. KGW.com has also been honored with a Regional Emmy Award for Interactivity, and the Oregon Association of Broadcasters award for Best TV Web Site.
