At Portland Green Home Services, we DO NOT:

• Engage in “bait & switch” tactics. We train our technicians to ALWAYS do the work that has been advertised, whether or not the customer wants additional services.

• Condone the use of scare tactics. Our technicians are trained to inspect the customer’s heating & cooling system, and then advise regarding the correction of any additional air quality hazards discovered.

• Charge for any services the customer has not approved in writing. If the technician is to perform services beyond what the customer requested at the time of booking, these services will be documented on a written work order, which is signed by the customer before the services are carried out.

Any technician that fails to uphold these standards will be re-trained or terminated, as needed.

At Portland Green Home Services, we DO:

• Work hard to carry out the services requested by the customer in a tidy, professional, and complete manner. We have cleaned thousands of systems in Portland are able to satisfy the vast majority of our customers.

• Do our best to resolve any complaints through the efforts of a dedicated customer service manager. Most complaints are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

• Offer a warranty for the services we perform.

• Care about the indoor air quality of our customers’ homes! Many of our customers report a decrease in dust, bad odors, and allergy or asthma-related symptoms after their ducts are cleaned.

We are proud of the work we do. We believe our service and integrity are top-notch.
