ALAN JACKSON NAMES NEW ALBUM "THIRTY MILES WEST"

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Alan Jackson says the name of his new album, was inspired by a stretch of highway. The Dixie Highway. It runs about 30 miles west of Jackson's hometown in Georgia and that's where he came up with his title "Thirty Miles West." The release is Jackson's 17th studio album and the first for his own "Alan's Country Records" label with EMI. It comes out June 5th.
