RICHARD GERE DISSES "PRETTY WOMAN"

UNDATED (AP) -- "Pretty Woman" didn't have a happy ending for Richard Gere. He sounds sorry he ever filmed the movie that helped make him a star. Gere tells Australian Woman's Day that Pretty Woman "was a silly romantic comedy" that was the "least favorite thing" he's ever done. He says his character made greedy Wall Street types "seem dashing, which was so wrong." He says it's a good thing that we're "more skeptical of those guys" these days.
