NEW YORK (AP) -- Long before Lady Gaga made "little monsters" a nice thing to say about someone, meanies called Madonna a "hairy monster." She tells Harper's Bazaar that boys in school would make fun of her. She figured if they didn't like the way she looked, she'd rebel. So she didn't shave her armpits, stopped wearing make-up or fixing her hair.
