LAS VEGAS (AP) -- Wayne Newton has won a restraining order against the man who wanted to turn his house into a museum and who felt Newton was standing in the way of the work. A judge in Las Vegas says developer Steve Kennedy must stay 50 feet away from the Newton family and their home. Newton had sold his property to Kennedy for $20 million so Kennedy could build another house for the Newtons and turn the main house into a museum. Kennedy sued, saying the family refused to pick a new location for the home. The family says he did not get the proper permits and he wanted to relocate their collection of 55 Arabian horses.
