NEW YORK (AP) -- Usher says when times are bad, people want to boogie. He says the tough economic times are behind the rise in dance music these days. He says "people want to have fun to forget their troubles" these days. He figures dance music fits the bill of providing people with "the records that kind of fit the times." David Guetta (GET'-ah) agrees, saying dance tunes are grabbing some of the spotlight from hip-hop because Americans are embracing the DC culture.
