LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Katy Perry and Russell Brand will be counting down the days until July 14. That's the day their divorce is legal. A judge finalized their divorce yesterday. Perry indicated in court documents she and Brand have reached a settlement on all issues in the case. California law requires couples to wait six months after filing for divorce for it to become official.
