NEW YORK (AP) -- Aretha Franklin has a strong voice. But she's holding off on using it because something that proved to be much stronger: Superstorm Sandy. The Queen of Soul has postponed two upcoming shows because of the effects of the storm, which hit last week. Franklin was to sing Saturday in Newark, New Jersey and three days later in White Plains, New York. The shows will be made up -- but no dates for the makeup shows have been set.
