PORTLAND --Charlie Hales and Jefferson Smith will face off in the November election for Mayor of Portland.
Eileen Brady, one of the front-runners for most of the campaign, finished third.
Amanda Fritz and Mary Nolan will also head to the run-off after neither gained the 50 percent vote required to win outright.

In other big races, Ellen Rosenblum defeated Dwight Holden in the Democratic primary race for Oregon Attorney General.

In Multnomah County, the Library Levy was passed.
In Beaverton, Denny Doyle beat challenger John Somoza in his bid for re-election as mayor.
Rep. Peter DeFazio has won the Democratic primary in the 4th Congressional District, where he was challenged by the son of the Republican making a second run for the same seat.
Oregon Secretary of State Kate Brown has won the Democratic primary, defeating Paul Damian Wells.
Oregon Republicans, as expected, have made clear their preference for the GOP nomination by choosing Mitt Romney in Tuesday's presidential primaries.
Voter turnout was 32 percent statewide for the Oregon Primary Elections, about 677,000 ballots cast out of about two million registered voters. The State Elections Division reported that Republican turnout was at 41 percent, and Democratic turnout was at 37 percent. Non-affiliated and minor parties was at 18 percent.
