SALEM, Ore. -- Oregon's legislative special session began its third day, Wednesday, with lawmakers finally ready to vote on a slate of five bills tackling changes to public employee pensions, taxes and agricultural regulations.

Gov. John Kitzhaber has set up an all or nothing deal with lawmakers stating that if even one bill doesn't pass, he will veto the rest.

Backstory: Special session overview

Legislators advanced the bills out of committee Tuesday night. The action came nearly 10 hours later than planned, but it set the stage for votes in the full House and Senate Wednesday.
