Trick-or-treaters in Belleville must be under 12 years old

(KMOV) If you are 12-years-old, or older, in Belleville, Ill. there are some Halloween rules you should be aware of.

Belleville ordinance says that no one over the age of 12 should be trick-or-treating.

The city is also not allowing anyone over the age of 12 to be in a public place with a mask, or disguise, which conceals their identity.
