LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Police were called to Burlington Coat Factory in the 9000 block of Dixie Highway after reports of a man acting strange while "eating sparkles” in the shoe aisle.

Police said Wagner admitted to smoking crystal meth.

He’s facing two charges of possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication charge.
