VANCOUVER – A Vancouver woman was arrested Tuesday after a family member found a letter trying to solicit a murder and turned it over to police.
Detectives arrested 39-year-old Lori Goulet. The unidentified intended victim was not hurt.
The letter contained information about the victim, where and how the killing should happen, investigators said.
