ASTORIA – A pedestrian was killed Monday in crash on Highway 30 in Astoria.
Investigators said around 10:30 a.m., a vehicle was turning left onto Commercial Street (Hwy 30) when it struck 67-year-old Jason Lum, killing him.
Oregon State Police said the road was blocked in both directions at the 12th Street intersection.
The driver stayed at the scene.
