EUGENE -- A memorial service has been scheduled for Oct. 20 for slain former University of Oregon music dean Anne Dhu McLucas.
She was killed earlier this month in Lane County along with her partner, James Gillette. His son Johan Steven Gillette has been accused of murder.

The service for McLucas will be at 4 p.m. in the Beall Concert Hall on the campus. It is open to the public.
