WILSONVILLE – Deputies released a sketch and are asking for the public’s help in solving the 2010 attempted murder case of a Wilsonville man.

Donald R. Barham, 53, was left for dead after getting shot in the head in his living room by an armed suspect during an Aug. 3, 2010 break in, a spokesperson with the Clackamas County Sheriff’s said.

The suspect then stole Barham’s truck from the driveway, which was later recovered in Molalla.

Barham’s friend found him after the attack. He was taken to the hospital and although he was awake and alert he required extensive surgery.

The suspect was described as a white man, 35 to 45 years old, and around 6 feet tall with an average build.
