DAMASCUS, Ore. – Detectives arrested a Damascus man Wednesday on multiple child sex abuse charges and they think there may be more victims, deputies said.
Jacob Wayne Harms, 30, was arrested on 26 counts of child sex abuse that allegedly occurred over a two-year period when he lived in a home with the 16-year-old victim, said Sgt. Paul Coleman with the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators said there may be more victims after finding pictures of other juveniles at Harms’ home, Coleman said.
