PORTLAND -- The Oregon City man accused of stabbing a TriMet driver and two passengers last year, and biting a third passenger, was sentenced Tuesday to 15 years in prison.

Austin William Vanhagen, 20, pleaded no contest in Clackamas County Court and was found guilty on several counts of second and fourth-degree assault.

Vanhagen injured four people when he went on a rampage near the Oregon City Transit Center on October 2, 2012. The three stabbing victims were hospitalized and the bite victim was treated at the scene.
