DAMASCUS, Ore. – A logger got stuck hanging upside down in a tree after his climbing spurs slipped near Damascus Saturday.

Shorty after 1:30 p.m., crews found the man about 25 feet up in the tree with his legs trapped by his climbing gear, said Brandon Paxton with the Clackamas Fire District.

A firefighter got up on a ladder to support the man while crews on other ladders cut him down.
