FOREST GROVE -- Police have arrested a third person in connection with the November, 2011 shooting death of Luis Guzman.
Marco Saldana, 32, of Keizer was taken into custody last Thursday on a perjury warrant that police said was related to the killing.
Police responded to a report of rapid gunfire about 10:10 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2011 and found Guzman dead.

Niaz Mohammed Khoshnaw, 19, of Portland was arrested in March, 2012 on a murder accusation. On Dec. 20, 33-year-old Daniel Serna of Salem was accused of murder and tampering with a witness.

Police declined to provide details for the role each had in Guzman's murder and said there may be more arrests in the case.
