OREGON CITY, Ore. -- A man has been missing for nearly two weeks from the Oregon City home where he was staying and he is considered endangered because he left his medication behind, police said.

Adrian Arin Chase, 35, left his cousin's Oregon City home sometime between Dec. 5 at 11:45 p.m. and Dec. 6 at 9 p.m., said Sgt. Matthew Paschall of the Oregon City Police Department.

"Chase was reported to have mental health issues and is in need of his medication, which was left at his cousin's residence," Paschall said.

Chase was described as white, about 5-foot-8, 150 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He may be wearing cream-colored, tattered jeans and gray and white tennis shoes.

He often takes public transportation to Portland and was reportedly spotted Dec. 16 near Southeast 122nd Avenue and Powell Boulevard, Paschall said.

Anyone who has seen Chase or knows where he is should call the Oregon City police at 503-496-1616.
