BEAVERCREEK, Ore. -- More than 2,500 people were without power Wednesday morning due to high winds in Clackamas County, according to Portland General Electric.
Six separate outages were reported in the county. Power was restored to nearly all affected customers by 11:30 a.m. Two smaller outages were reported and soon resolved in Washington County.
Several trees were knocked down in the area, including one in Cornelius (pictured) that fell on a car at North Clark Street and North 16th Avenue.

In Vancouver, high winds were also knocking down trees and causing traffic problems, but no major power outages were reported.
