Man attacked in Troutdale after turning down pot sale, police say

TROUTDALE - A man was attacked by two other men in Troutdale Sunday night after he refused to buy marijuana from them, reported the Multnomah County Sheriff's office.

Deputies arrested one adult male and one juvenile male for the crime a short time later at a nearby apartment complex.

The adult suspect was identified as Yafeth Pozos, 19, of Fairview, who was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on robbery charges. The juvenile suspect was taken to the Donald E. Long Juvenile Detention Center.

Multnomah County Sheriff's deputies responded to an assault call at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of 257th Avenue and Hensley Road in Troutdale.

Deputies discovered a male victim with minor injuries.

One of the attackers has also fired a gun at the victim, missing him as he fled the scene, police say.
