Keizer man killed in head-on crash in Washington County

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ore. – A Keizer man was killed in a head-on crash Friday morning in Washington County.

The crash occurred just after 8:30 a.m. in the area of Southwest Scholls Ferry Road, near Rainbow Lane.
Investigators believe 32-year-old Paul Douglas Ingraham II, of Keizer, was speeding when he crossed the center line and collided head-on with a vehicle driven by 54-year-old Caryn Jean Jennings, of Poulsbo, Washington.

Ingraham was pronounced dead at the scene and Jennings was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Investigators have not determined if there were any other factors that contributed to the crash. The road was closed for about three hours.
