Man killed in shooting at Beaverton strip club

Shooting at Beaverton Strip Club

BEAVERTON, Ore. – A 34-year-old was shot to death early Friday morning at the Xpose strip club at 10140 SW Canyon Road, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

Ramon Harris, 34, was shot about 1:30 a.m. after a party bus pulled into the parking lot of the club.

First responders found Harris with several gunshot wounds. He died at the hospital.

The suspect allegedly shot him from two different locations and left the scene. Police have not released a suspect description.

Club employees locked the doors after the gunfire to make sure the suspect did not get inside. Several people suffered minor injuries as they scrambled to escape the gunfire.

It was not clear whether the party bus had any connection with the incident and if the shooter and suspect knew each other. Deputies believe the shooting was targeted, and are looking to see if it's gang-related.

Canyon Road was closed between 107th Avenue and Walker Road for several hours as investigators processed the scene.
