St. Helens High evacuated after bomb threat

ST. HELENS, Ore. -- A bomb threat written on a bathroom wall has led to the evacuation of St. Helens High School, according to a safety alert from the district.

After a search of the school, police said no evidence of a bomb was found, according to the school district's Facebook page.

Students were taken to Columbia City Elementary as a precaution. 

According to the threat, the bomb was scheduled to detonate at noon. The district sent out an alert at 11:20 a.m.
