Police search for missing Gresham man with dementia

GRESHAM, Ore. – Police are looking for a missing Gresham man who reportedly suffers from dementia and has not been seen since Wednesday evening.

Michael Heniges, 56, left his home in the 600 block of Southwest Nancy Court at 5:30 p.m. and walked to the 182nd Avenue and Powell Boulevard, according to an email from Gresham police.

Heniges is six feet tall and 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair, and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray baseball hat and gray shoes.

Police asked anyone who knows where he is to call dispatch at 503-823-3333, or 911 if necessary.
