PORTLAND, Ore. – One person suffered traumatic injuries in a three-vehicle crash that closed westbound Beaverton Hillsdale Highway, according to police.
The crash occurred at about 3:20 p.m. in the 6100 block of Southwest Beaverton Hillsdale Highway, just east of the Southwest Oleson Road and Scholls Ferry intersection.
Three vehicles were involved in the crash. One of the vehicles rolled over in front an apartment complex and witnesses told KGW's Katherine Cook the driver was ejected through the windshield.
A second driver was not hurt and the other driver left the scene before police arrived. The driver that left was found and has been has been arrested, police said.
Westbound Beaverton Hillsdale Highway is expected to be closed for a few hours as officers conduct an investigation.
