WEST LINN, Ore. -- A memorial was held Monday for Steven Forsyth, the 45-year-old West Linn man killed in the shooting rampage at Clackamas Town Center last Tuesday.

Forsyth and 54-year-old Cindy Ann Yuille were fatally shot; 15-year-old Kristina Shevchenko was hospitalized with multiple bullet wounds.

"Steven Mathew Forsyth was a loving husband, father of two children, son, brother, uncle, youth sports coach and friend to the many people who had the privilege to meet him,” his family said.

Forsyth's memorial took place at Rolling Hills Church, located at 3550 SW Borland Road in Tualatin. The public was invited to attend. The service was being conducted by members of the Willamette Christian Church.

The church decided to stream the service live for those who wanted to be a part of it but couldn't attend.

The Forsyth Family Assistance Fund was set up at Pacific West Bank. And the Rolling Hills church set up a Steve Forsyth Memorial webpage where people can leave their condolences and contribute to the fund.
