OREGON CITY, Ore. -- An accidental shooting early Sunday morning at Pioneer Pub left two people with gunshot wounds to their hands.
When officers arrived at the pub at about 1:14 a.m., they found a 25-year-old man from Oregon City who had been shot in the hand. The shooter had fled the scene, but officers were able to locate the suspect.
Police say the suspect, a 21-year-old man from Clackamas, knew the victim and the shooting was accidental. The suspect had also shot himself in the hand. He is cooperating with the investigation, police say.
No one else was hurt at the scene. The incident is still under investigation and no charges have been filed yet.
