VANCOUVER - A Woodland police officer received minor injuries Tuesday night when his patrol car was hit head-on.
A northbound Ford Explorer SUV crossed the center line on Pacific Avenue and struck the police car after the driver possibly fell asleep at the wheel.
The driver of the Explorer was not hurt and alcohol or drugs were not a factor, police said.
