SHERWOOD, Ore. -- A woman in a wheelchair was robbed shortly after making a withdrawal from a bank ATM in Sherwood Wednesday.

The victim had just made a withdrawal from the US Bank located at 16030 SW Tualatin Sherwood Rd., when the suspect came up from behind her and demanded money, she said.

"The man came up behind me, stepped in front of me and said, 'I have a weapon. I don't want to hurt you. Give me your money,'" the victim said.

She told police the suspect kept his hand in his right pocket and stated he had a weapon. The woman gave the robber all her cash, and he was last seen running away toward Sherwood Boulevard.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 30 years of age, 185 lbs, with broad shoulders. He was wearing a dark beanie, blue jeans and dark jacket with a light shirt underneath. The suspect did not have an accent or any facial hair.
