WILSONVILLE -- A suspicious man near SE Willamette Way East and Wilsonville Road offered candy and a ride to an eight-year-old girl late Saturday morning, police said.
He was a white man in his 20s or 30s, with medium length salt-and-pepper hair. He had a deep voice and was clean-shaven. The man had a peculiar tan, the face deeper than his ears.
He was driving a black Jeep Wrangler with California plates.
